Willow and Winona
Willow (tag #225) and Winona (was tag #228) are black 2019 crossbreed ewes.
They are a blend of the high quality fine wool breeds with heavy emphasis on CVM/Merino. Their sire was a CVM/Merino/Border Leicester and their dams had blends of CVM/Merino with Corriedale/Cotswold and Cotswold/Border Leicester.
Winona lost her tag to the hay bag and now is tagless. Because of this, it's easy to ID which black ewe is which. Tag? Willow. No tag? Winona.
